We offer FREE Standard 3-Day Ground Shipping on all UK item orders of £120 and over (excluding taxes).
We offer FREE International Shipping on all European merchandise orders of £120 and over (excluding taxes).
All orders are shipped from Europe and traded in GBP.

Pre-order and back-orderen items
If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. Shipping costs + deslivery times
Orders must be placed by 12:00 noon GMT to be processed that day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., pressurized spray cans, etc.), it must ship ground 3 Day Shipping (2-8 days total delivery time).

For shipments with a total value of less than £120, there is a £5.95 shipping charge for standard 3-day Ground Shipping. Our standard shipping option is 3-day shipping time.
International shipping
We ship international orders via DHL Express and DHL eCommerce etc. Binowe.com offers free shipping on European orders £120 and above. You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout, if available. Once you start the checkout process, shipping charges will be calculated based on the package’s size, weight, and destination country. For your convenience, the shipping rates provided include all import duties, taxes, and applicable charges.
All orders ship Monday through Friday.
Tracking orders
Most of our orders ship within 1-2 business days of placing the order. Shipment details, your tracking number and a package tracking link will be included. To track an order on Binowe.com, please log in and access “My Account” which contains your order information. You can also contact Binowe customer service to track your order.
